Can't sign in to RefReps

If you forget or don't have access to your RefReps email or password, you can reset your password.

If you know your RefReps account email and password but can't sign in, follow the instructions that apply below.

Can't sign in on any device

If you see this error when trying to sign in with an existing account:

Follow these steps:​

  1. Visit refreps.loginhelp

  2. Put that you don't remember your email or phone and fill out the form.

  3. Select Submit.

If you're billed through another company or get RefReps as part of a package, search the name of the service provider in the RefReps Help Center. Select the related billing article and go to the section "I'm having trouble signing in to RefReps".
