RefReps is expanding our educational content library, and we’re looking for experienced officiating experts in multiple sports to collaborate with us on a project-based basis. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who deeply understand the game and enjoy breaking down information into clear, teachable moments for officials, coaches, and learners.

Seeking Experts In: Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Wrestling, Swimming, Diving
This is a hybrid role - 90% of the work will be remote.
Scope of Work:
Reviewing full game footage and identifying key teachable moments
Documenting analysis using provided templates
Writing short, structured analysis scripts
Presenting analysis on camera in a studio environment (for select projects)
Time Commitment:
Work is project-based, not ongoing or full-time
Time required varies by assignment
No guaranteed hours or long-term commitment
Compensation:
Paid on a per-project or flat-fee basis
Rates vary by project scope and role
Travel and studio-related expenses covered when applicable
Ideal Candidates:
Strong knowledge (officiating, rules interpretation, or officiating instruction background)
Comfortable analyzing and explaining game situations clearly
Reliable, professional, and able to meet project deadlines
On-camera experience is a plus (but not required for all projects)
